Reiki in Japanese means “universal life energy” which is an ancient healing practice dating back over 2500 years. This energy is transmitted through the hands of the Reiki therapist balancing body, mind, and spirit.

How is Reiki performed?

Performed completely clothed and in a quiet atmosphere, hands are placed on non-invasive areas of the body such as the head, throat, abdomen, back, hands, and feet. As the Reiki energy starts to flow, you may feel these parts of the body getting warm generating relaxation.

What are the benefits of a Reiki session?

A Reiki treatment helps release the chakras, (charkras are the emotional part of our physical bodies), leaving the client feeling aligned, balanced and relaxed.
