The Less-Stress Philosophy

Less-Stress, Inc., located in Wilmington, Mass., was founded in 1993 by Linda A. Coughlin, LCMT. Since its inception Less-Stress has evolved and continues to evolve based on the changing needs of our clients.

We have created a path that engages the dual modalities of mind and body healing through massage, reiki, astrology, and spiritual development.

All of our services blend psychic and spiritual communications that connect our clients' needs for healing and feeling well. Based on each client's individual goals and interests we are able to offer a variety of healing experiences that soothe, stimulate, and enlighten the mind and body.

Linda has been active in the healing modalities since 1992 and offers massage therapy, spiritual healing, astrology, and ear candling. She is a professional status member of the ABMP, a certified massage therapist and spiritual healer with the Silver Birch Sanctuary and completed Astrology classes in 1994 at the Astrology Institute.
